Software for mobile Devices

The PalliDoc Mobile App provides simple and secure access via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
There are four different versions of the PalliDoc Mobile App, tailored to the needs of specific user groups:

• Team members with access to all care-related data
• External providers who are involved in care but not part of the core team (e.g., general practitioners, pharmacies, medical supply stores, etc.)
• Volunteers who are actively engaged in patient support
• Patients and family members who are supported and cared for by the team

Access permissions for all of these groups can be configured in detail—down to individual fields or pieces of information—by the care team leadership.

Mobile App Features:

• Import of medications via smartphone/tablet camera using the standardized German Medication Plan (BMP)
• Upload of documents (e.g., physician letters) directly into the patient record during home visits
• Digital signatures on documents such as consent forms, enabling paperless documentation on-site—at home or upon admission to inpatient facilities
• Optimized workflows with external providers via forms, tasks, and messages
• Independent documentation of contact and time effort by volunteers (e.g., kilometers, travel time)
• Direct symptom documentation by patients via the Patient App
• Provision of both general and patient-specific documents for volunteers and patients
• Teleconsultations between providers and patients/family members with up to three participants
• Automatic contact documentation of teleconsultations within the patient record in PalliDoc
