Palliative care unit hospital

PalliDoc® Stationary supports the provision of inpatient palliative care services. It offers a wide range of options for documenting patient care, covering the comprehensive care provided to patients in inpatient palliative care units. The software can be customized in many ways to meet the individual needs of each unit. Based on the data entered, the OPS codes relevant to palliative care (e.g., 8-98e and 8-98h) and the services required for this are clearly listed at the touch of a button and can be exported in the form of service records or reports as required.

PalliDoc® Inpatient includes:

  • Modules for documenting nursing services according to PKMS
  • Visualization of the services required for OPS coding in palliative care
  • Recording of medication consumption
  • Comprehensive coverage of all aspects relevant to patient management in palliative care wards

Data exchange with PalliDoc® Outpatient, PalliDoc® Hospice and PalliDoc® Hospice Association

If the outpatient palliative care team works with a hospice, palliative care unit, or hospice association that also uses PalliDoc, it is possible to exchange all relevant patient data quickly and easily when patients transition between care settings.

Funded by the state of Saxony-Anhalt with funds from the European Structural and Investment Fund.

PalliDoc® Stationary meets the funding criteria 3 and 4 of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG).
